Kylee's room

Hi! We have one private room/shared bath, ready for move-in now! The room will be unfurnished (the bed in the picture is a queen, for size scale) and has access to a shared patio space. Laundry is on-site, there’s a lot of street parking, utilities aren’t included but aren’t usually bad (we aren’t responsible for water or trash, so it’s just electricity, gas, and internet). Lease is month to month!

We’re 3ish miles from Santa Monica, and Sawtelle’s got a ton of food and bars. The area is great, it’s a super short drive to TJs or Ralphs, and then Target is a 3 minute walk away!

Apartment is LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly (though there’s no smoking), but sadly no pets allowed. We tend to chat/get on really well, so we’re hoping to meet someone kind and respectful 😊 The location is really nice, and we get a lot of sun which is lovely (and has led to a slow but steady accumulation of plants). Current roommates are 24 and 26, one working in film and the other in accounting. We both work mostly from home, and will have people over on occasions (birthdays, game nights), but mostly it’s a relaxed vibe! The complex is pretty chill/quiet; there are a few families and elderly couples, along with some other young working professionals. We’re both pretty into movies and games. The one writing this ad enjoys the outdoors and crafts (though she’s kind of terrible at them), and the other bakes (she’s very good)!
