Brad's room

This is a beautifully finished, furnished, & modern basement. It has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and a large wet bar area. It is located in a very quiet, safe, and upscale neighborhood in north Cheyenne.

I own the house. I am very professional, well educated, clean, and quiet. I occupy the upstairs, but hope to use the basement theater room from time to time. I am rarely home, but I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness.
