The house is a new construction, built for your comfort and convenience. A modern design with beautiful bathrooms and glass doors, and a spacious kitchen with designer cabinets, quartz counter, farm sink, and stainless steel appliances.

I do not own this house. I signed a one-year lease with a roommate for this house at the beginning of September. That roommate however had to leave for personal reasons, so I am looking for a new roommate to take his spot. Therefore the lease you would be signing up for would be from now to the end of August in 2024.
