One of the rooms upstairs is available for rent with its own private bathroom located in the hallway and shared laundry room. $800/mo single occupant only, $500 security deposit. Move in ready 11/1/2023. Month to month or six month lease term. Rent includes all utilities (power, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, and Wi-Fi). The rent is due on the 1st of the month. Will allow a 5-day grace period without late fee. Two references are required. Will run background check and request to see proof of income. Parking is available in front of the house. No pets are allowed. No smoking or drugs allowed. No couples and no overnight guests. Privacy, cleanliness, and safety are of utmost importance.

My wife and I are very chill and keep to ourselves. We spend most of our time at home and occasionally go outdoors with our son. We don’t really have people coming over.
