Clean bedroom with private bathroom. I’m56 year old male, I have 14 years clean and choose to rent to someone who doesn’t drink or do drugs. No smoking cigarettes in the house (I have a nice back yard or front porch for this)

I’m 56 years old I have 14 years clean, I’m not wanting to rent to anybody who drinks or does drugs. Smoking cigarettes is allowed but outside of course. I have a nice backyard or front porch. You could smoke on. I have two small dogs, I also do 50% of my work from home
