Mark's room

This is a home. Off of a park. You can either have it furnished or not. Same price. Washer and dryer included, and will share the rest the home. This is month to month lease. I keep it simple. Please ask any questions You can think of and look forward to interviewing you.

I am the owner of the house. I have a female renting a room. The neighbors have been around for a long periods time. Are very good. And it’s very quiet. There’s a park directly across the street where you can walk or run and even watch baseball or soccer!
