Spare room in my condo located in a nice, quiet community. Bathroom located right outside room door. Community has 3 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, and direct access to walking/biking trail on dried lake bed. Can include a twin sized bed for renter if required. Rent $1000/month Water/gas included Tenant pays power bill (I get credit from SCE monthly as I hardly use any power)
Parking spot available at $150/month
Smoking permitted outside, trails and walkways to have a stroll and smoke
About the roomies
23 year old male working in construction, mainly only use the house to sleep in. Have a 5 year old who sleeps over alternating weekends, quiet kind kid. I fish, hike, enjoy cars and motorcycles. A tenant with similar interests is appreciated but definitely not required
