Looking for a female roommate (preferably in their 20s) to rent out a room with a private attached bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse in Ashburn on October 16th! There is also an option to rent out the whole basement! The basement includes a room with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet and a big recreational area. There is a sliding door leading to the backyard/lake/walking trails from the basement! Backs to a beautiful lake with a long walking trail and has a deck and a fenced backyard. 2 minute drive to Giant, 5 minutes from Ashburn Village Center, Broadlands Village Center and LA Fitness, 10 minutes to One Loudoun, and 15 minutes away from Dulles International Airport. Part of the Ashburn Farm community so there is free pool access, tennis/basketball courts, ponds, and walking trails.

I live here with one roommate at the moment! We both don’t party or smoke. We are very clean and friendly. If you want to hang out together we love that and if you don’t we’re good at keeping to ourselves as well. Honestly the house is a pretty quiet and relaxing place! We are both in our mid twenties. My roommate does have a cat but she is really friendly.
