Hello! I’m listing the master bedroom in my 3bed/3.5 bath townhome near the Red Fox Meadows natural area. This listing includes a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and huge 19x14 master bedroom. The room will come unfurnished, with the shared and furnished living room and kitchen. There is also a private parking spot included so you’ll always have a guaranteed spot right outside the home. Please note that the photos included are from purchase and the home has been painted and decorated! Updated photos coming soon! The home boasts a wonderful shared backyard (all upkeep maintained by HOA!) and enters right into a natural area for trail walking. It’s also less than a mile from CSU which translates into a 4 minute car ride, 15 minute bike ride, or 30 minute walk. We’re also just steps away from two major bus lines going to and from CSU. The I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate preferably between 21 to 39 years old but open to the right match. There is a dog that lives here (25lbs male) and is kept exclusively in the main living area and basement. Utilities run anywhere from $75-$100/month which covers internet, gas, and electricity. Water, trash, and yard maintenance are included in the $950 rent. One additional dog can be considered on a case-by-case basis if under 35lbs (per HOA regulations with 2 dog/household limit). A dog would also include an additional $25/month with a refundable $350 pet deposit. NO CATS (due to allergies).
About the roommates: I’m a working professional that’s recently returned to CSU for graduate school. I work from home occasionally but am mostly out of the house. The other roommate works at a bakery. The best part about this home is that you’ll have no sharing walls with other roommates. The rooms are separated either by bathrooms are on different floors.
