The Eleven Hundred is located off of Howe Avenue, where restaurants and shops are close by, and you can get to Sacramento State or I-80 in minutes. It’s close to downtown and has amenities including a large pool, a gym, and an amenity room that features a pool table if you also enjoy a good game. For outdoor enjoyment, Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail is just blocks away, or head to Sutter’s Landing Regional Park for more fun in the California sun.

Hello everyone! I cook a lot (Italian’s my favorite), keep my space organized, enjoy playing billiards every now and then with friends, and pretty communicative with roommates. I work in Sacramento with a hybrid role so I work from home sometimes, and in my downtime I can probably be found watching South Park I cook or going out with friends in Davis. I’ve got a room that just needs someone who needs a place and chill environment!
