Clean respectful household, not a party house - current roommates looking for someone who doesn’t bring the party home. $1000 + utilities. W/D in house w/ garage, fenced back yard, upstairs deck & hot tub.

Must do a lease takeover and apply through Lake Valley properties (have been great with communication & repairs). First month ($1000) plus deposit ($1666) required on move in. Message me for more info!
