Would prefer a single professional female or male . This would be a shared rental. I would be renting out 1 of the bedrooms. The room is $1100. It would be three of us total living there. Tenant guaranteed personal bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen and a living room. This unit includes granite counter tops, LG appliances, laundry in unit, double vanity sinks with a large tub and rainfall shower. Everything is included in rent except interest. First month’s rent & security deposit due at signing. Proof of income, credit score and background check required. Six months to year lease depending on the leasee. NO ANIMALS/ NO COUPLES
