Great 3 BR, 21/2 Bathroom townhouse located on the canal and ten minute walk to the beach. Very spacious room with shared bathroom upstairs.
About the roomies
I am a single full time father with a 13 year old son. I work Monday through Friday with every other Friday off. We enjoy surfing, fishing and really anything to do with the water. I also have an 18 year old daughter who would possibly stay overnights at times. All in all we are down to earth and expect the same in return. We keep a clean house and are pretty quite. Just like to relax and enjoy hanging out.
