The house: -Quiet street -Security camera(s) -Wifi (included in utilities)
This is month to month with the possibility of extending. The goal would be to have someone stay 6 months or longer. This is done to protect both housemates. 30 days notice will be given should the roommate need to move out.
First month’s rent and security deposit due to move in.
