**to clarify about the room–there are actually 2 bedrooms adjacent to one another…if you want to have just one room/bathroom entirely to yourself (no other tenants) the price would be approximately $2500 as it has its own private entrance/etc. If you are open to sharing the bathroom/having somebody else living in the other bedroom, the price would approximately be $2100 per room. Property info: Full house access (pool, kitchen, dining room, TV room, backyard, etc.) included. Furnished/ready for move-in, and tons of storage in the garage if you’d like to bring in your own furnishings. Quiet neighborhood with barely any through traffic (no houses on the other side of the street, just the park’s hiking trails). Quick and easy for commuters (easy access to freeways and public transport). 5-10 distance to multiple shopping centers/malls. Ample parking in the driveway/street, and one spot in the garage. Pet friendly.

As of right now, there are no roommates as the last group just moved out in mid October. Because of the layout of the house, tenants rarely cross paths with one another…and storage is not an issue (two refrigerators, endless closet/cabinet space, multiple patio areas outside). Please note, I am the property manager and do not live on-site.
