My niece and I are looking to rent a house when our apartment lease is up. We are looking in the Grand Prairie and Arlington areas. We are looking for a 3 bedroom 2+ bath ranging from 2,000- $2,300 a month. I will be paying extra for the master bedroom. Rent for the 3rd roommate will most likely be in the 750-900 month range. With utilities included. I intend to have all the bills under my name and take responsibility for most of the administrative side of things.

I (27f) am a working professional. My niece (20f) is a barista at Starbucks and is also currently in school. We have an old dog, and wouldn’t mind additional pets as long as they’re well behaved. We both like to have fun and are fairly extraverted people. If you prefer to be left alone though, that’s ok too. Let us know if you think you’d be a good fit and we can chat. Please note that our lease is over 1/26/2024 so we are looking to move in sometime before then.
