Hello, I am looking for a female identifying roommate to fill an open bedroom in a two bedroom, 1 bath Mission Dolores apartment starting early November. The apartment: -Unit is set back from the street, quiet. -Shared bathroom -Laundry in unit -Dishwasher -Gas stove -Small outdoor space -Street parking with residential permit available

Location: -Mission Dolores Neighborhood -Centrally located to be near Hayes, Castro, and Mission. -Two blocks from Dolores Park. -Within 10 minute walk to the 14, 16th St/Mission Bart and Church St. Stations. -Surrounded by great bars, restaurants, gyms and shops

Details: -Rent is $1,686.00 (includes water and garbage) -PG&E + Wi-Fi (typically $50 a month) -Looking for a minimum 6 month commitment with an option to move to month to month.

I am 27 years old (she/her/hers), I have a standard poodle puppy (less than a year old, hypoallergenic). I work in person 5 days a week as a Speech and Language Therapist. I like to keep a tidy common space. I enjoy reading, going on walks/hikes, cooking, yoga, spending time with my family and friends and trying different bars/restaurants.
