Available for rent: 1 unfurnished or furnished room in my home for $850.00/$950 per month. My son and I are the only occupying my home. Included amenities:

• Free wifi
• Utilities
• Complimentary use of washer and dryer for 2 days per week
• Kitchen access for cooking
• Shared bathroom
• Access to common areas such as the living and dining room
• 420 friendly (limited to backyard or garage) House rules:
• No children or pets allowed
• Overnight guests are not permitted
• Renters must obtain renter’s insurance
• No entry after 2 am on weekdays and after 4 am on weekends, unless you work.

Please note: Prospective tenants must pass a background check and provide a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent ($850/$950). Additionally, I am open to negotiating a reduction or complete waiver of the monthly rent in exchange for assistance with house cleaning, cooking, shopping, and running errands.
