There is a first-floor half-bathroom (pictured) primarily used and maintained by the first-floor bedroom housemate, and the third-floor shower/bath is shared with one other housemate.

Basic utilities Gas, Electric, Sewer are split equally between roommates. The home is very efficient and present roommates are responsible and conservative with utilities, Averaging $50 - $90 (winter) a month per person.

Four blocks from Washington Park with cycling, walking/jogging paths… Four miles, (10 minute, or less) drive to downtown Denver. About the roomies
You will be sharing the home with me, Chris, and one other roommate. I currently work an average of 60+ hours a week. I Swing Dance/Lindy Hop frequently multiple nights a week, am an avid movie goer (AMC A-List subscription), foodie and gourmet cook, time permitting, ski (Epic Pass, ex Ski Instructor and happy to teach), whitewater kayak, hike, mountain bike… Depending on schedules, we may rarely see each other, but I would also welcome housemates with shared interests.
Ideal housemates would be clean (particularly in shared common areas with no dishes left in the sink overnight, counters and stovetop wiped…), respectful, and professional, and similarly active outside the home.
Please be prepared to pass a background check with excellent references, no concerning eviction or collection(s) history, good credit, and verifiable monthly income at least 2x your monthly rent. Non-Smoker/Absolutely No Smoking on the premises! Not a party house, but occasional small dinner parties and BBQs may be welcome.
