About the room
The house is 25-30 minutes from Dallas downtown, 3-5 minutes away from Highway, 5-10 minutes away from grocery shopping, and gas station. Room is fully furniture (queen or full bed, drawer chest, and nightstand), bathroom will be shared rarely. If I have guests they will use my restroom. Shared areas: laundry, kitchen, backyard, living room. No smoking, no pets.
About the roomies
Health care workers. I work 3X12.5hrs a week. I am quiet, and respectful. At the moment, I will be the only roomate and weekends my son comes to visit.
