Modern Seattle townhouse with private room– My townhouse was built in 2023 in the Rainier Beach neighborhood, which is south Seattle with easy access to bus lines and the Rainier Beach Light Rail station. You’ll have your own room, bathroom, TV, parking, and private entrance. The room is fully furnished. I live near the Kubota Gardens and not far from Seward Park. There are three levels to the townhouse: level has the available private room and bathroom; level 2 is the common floor with the living room/kitchen/dining areas; level 3 has the landlord’s room and bathroom plus communal access to the rooftop.
