Julia's room

Our apartment is very close to UCI. Room on offer is right next door to a private bathroom. The kitchen/living room is a shared space. The property itself has a lot of amenities: several pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, etc.

Currently my husband and I are occupying the master bedroom! He works full-time in IT and I work part-time in animal care. Usually we spend most of our time in our bedroom but occasionally will cook. Otherwise, we do our best not to get in the way of our other roommate(s). We also have a cat! He’s very friendly and enjoys the company of other cats, so anyone interested who already has a cat can be considered.
