About the room
Looking for someone to sublet my room in my four-bedroom off-campus house for the January 2024-May 2024 months. The house is located on Isham Street (a safe, student housing dominated area) about a 15 minute walk to UVM’s Howe Library. There is a backyard to the house and a driveway parking spot available if desired. We have a great living room and kitchen, one and a half baths, an in unit washer dryer, and a cute little front porch! Bedroom furniture optional to stay or can be moved out. Rent is $950 a month not including utilities (gas, electric, and wifi not included). Please let me know if you have any interest!
About the roomies
They’re great! Clean, well-mannered, respectful girls. We’re juniors at UVM. Another one of my roommates is looking to sublet so if you know someone or have a friend also looking we’d be happy to make that work
