About the room
Looking for someone to sublet my room in my four-bedroom off-campus house for the January 2024-May 2024 months. The house is located on Isham Street (a safe, student housing dominated area) about a 15 minute walk to UVM’s Howe Library. There is a backyard to the house and a driveway parking spot available if desired. We have a great living room and kitchen, one and a half baths, an in unit washer dryer, and a cute little front porch! Bedroom furniture optional to stay or can be moved out. Rent is $950 a month not including utilities (gas, electric, and wifi not included). Please let me know if you have any interest!
About the roomies
They’re great! Clean, well mannered, respectful girls. We’re juniors at UVM. One of my roommates is also looking to sublet so if you’re a pair or know a friend also looking for a place to sublet let me know and we can work something out!
