Halelaau Place

I have two bedroom available for rent in a 4 bed 2 bath house in Palolo, just up the hill from Kaimuki. The rooms are big enough to fit a queen-sized bed and a desk and can come furnished with those upon request. All the common areas in the house are big and the house has plenty of storage. There is plenty of street and private parking and the neighborhood is very quiet, mainly bc there is a giant, beautiful Korean temple behind the house that I frequently go for walks at. There are Google smart speakers in all of the rooms and the house has the fastest internet I could find. Utilities are included in the price and I buy disposables like paper towels, toilet paper, and Clorox wipes in bulk so you’ll never need to spend on those. (The pictures are a bit outdated since I’ve been buying furniture and throwing out a lot of old stuff, but feel free to ask to Facetime or come in person to see the house). Also, you can’t wear outside shoes inside the house…

Everybody in the house work and go to school, so we can get busy. We’ve loved our time here so far and our goal for sharing our home is to create/have a clean and harmonious place where we can all enjoy both privacy and interactions with each other.
