Two rooms for rent in 2500 sqft modern home conveniently located near Nike, Intel, Costco, PCC, and only 5 min walk from public transit.
About me: Single, employed full-time in technology field and often travel out of town for work. I do not drink, smoke, or use drugs, like to keep things neat and clean, eat a plant-based diet and exercise on a regular basis. I am the only occupant and I have lived here for nearly a decade.
About you: Stable income, professional, responsible.
The two rooms are currently furnished with a bed and nightstand and the larger room has a desk. These can be unfurnished if you prefer. I am looking to rent the smaller room at $750 and the larger room at $800 both inclusive of utilities. There is a total of 2.5 bathrooms, of which one will be a shared full bathroom for you and the other tenant and another half bathroom on the main floor.
