Room available in October or November 2023.

The house is located in a rich and safe neighborhood of Portland. The rent is 930$ per month. It is a 6 bedroom house (3 bathrooms), but there are just 3 roommates living permanently in the house. So, you will have 2 rooms + a private bathroom (you can do whatever you want in the second room : office/guest room/storage….). The bills for utilities are not included and will be divide into 4 equal parts every month (even if Pierre can be sometime out of the house for the entire month).

There is a lease, but without long term engagement. You can leave whenever you want without any condition.

You have to bring your furnitures in the room (bed, office…). Pierre has a big pick up truck and can help you to move in and transport your stuff.

We are two teachers from the French International School of Oregon and one employee of Intel, 2 males and 1 female. One male (Pierre) will be in the house only part time (he has an housekeeping/petsitting activity outside) and will never sleep inside the house. We all speak English and the girl is Spanish fluent. We are looking for a last roommate. All gender, race or sexuality accepted. We all work from 7:30 AM to 4PM Monday to Friday.
