You’ll have your own private unit(Studio) with your own entrance and private bathroom with private laundry in the unit. You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. You’ll be located in the heart of Modesto the beautiful College Manor area. Built in 1918 this historic craftsman home has quaint charm and relaxation for your minimal or long term stay.

I work and stay busy on my off time we like to explore and try new places. We are early risers and early sleepers. Your area is pretty cut off from us.
