Asking for $1,100 for the room furnished or $1,000 unfurnished. Room will be available mid-November. First and Security Deposit (equal to 1 mo) due before move in. No smokers please.

I am a 30-something and I am the homeowner. I am looking for a M or F who respects my home and who loves dogs. Chester is my 9yr old mix, and he’s a good dog. Another dog could be considered but Chester can be a little reactive and aggressive so dog would need to be the right fit. But with the right friend he’s very playful and respectful. I work in a tasting room in Tin City and keep my home life pretty calm and easy going. Looking for someone mature and easy going.
