I have an 11.5 × 12 foot room for rent in my East Medford home about 1 block from Lone Pine Elementary. You would have your own bathroom right across the hall from the room. Rent includes all utilities, internet and the ability to use Roku account. Street parking, fenced yard with landscaper, freedom to garden if that’s your jam, above ground pool in summer, nice covered patio with firepit and BBQ. Room is currently a play room, so toys in photo will obviously be removed.

I might consider a small well behaved pet for an additional $100/mo pet rent, $300 non-refundable pet fee and an interview of the pet.

I am a 39 yo working professional and mom with two elementary school age girls that I have every other week. We are typically only home in the evenings and weekends. I also have 2 well behaved dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. So you must be comfortable with kids, pets and light chaos 50% of the time. The other 50% the house is really quiet as I prefer to keep to myself most of the time.
