Share with only one other person a Whole South Lake Tahoe area (Zephyr Cove/Stateline, NV) luxurious, contemporary 4 BR, 3.5-bathroom House with your Own Private Furnished Suite including bathroom, sitting area & Garage Space located 1.5 miles from Casinos & and Heavenly Gondola Village. Avoid the California taxes! You will have your own bright 2-window suite with king size bed, own bathroom with shower, sofa/sitting area with 50“ TV on same level as your garage space for your gear and 1 car and a 2nd car behind it in the driveway. No stairs to your suite! You will also have access to share the large, bright great room with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, stone wood-burning fireplace, 80“ TV, new comfy contemporary furnishings, and huge gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, double oven, wine fridge, and large counter with bar seating. You can have occasional friends and family (including children) come and stay in the other 2 open bedrooms (a queen bunk bedroom and a king bedroom) with a shared double sink bathroom that has a multi-head shower and jetted tub (you can use this bathroom too!). The 4th bedroom is my separate suite and bathroom. You and your guests will also have access to enjoy the community private pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, playground, and club house with game room (pool table, ping-pong, video games). Seeking a single housemate and will consider a couple or 2 friends willing to share same suite. I am a former Ski Patroller and mogul & Alpine Ski Instructor at Killington, VT and Vail, CO. I work fulltime as a Registered Nurse in clinical research with 60% travel. You will often have the whole house to yourself. Pets OK, No smoking/vaping in the house. 6-12 month lease preferred. Rent is 2,750/month (less for longer lease) includes own suite, use of whole house, guest visits, ALL utilities, cable, TV Apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple), parking for 2 cars including a garage space, snow removal, and community amenities.
