MORE RENT INFO: generally with all bills added, it totals around $1,400/month each, but I’m willing to negotiate this price down to $1,000 if absolutely needed because I really don’t want to move!! :) We’d be signing a new lease which would start on 12/19/2023 and is a year long, and we’d have to go through the leasing process (I’m happy to be the head of household).

You’d be getting the master bedroom/bathroom and another room in the hall. Both rooms are fairly large, and upstairs. Wood flooring throughout the house. In total, there’s 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms so we both have a personal bathroom and 2 rooms each <3

You’d only need to provide furnishings for your rooms, as I already have a dining table, couches, etc for the main areas, but we have a lot of space so if you have other furniture we can make it work :)

The photos show the master bedroom/bathroom you’d be getting, as well as the other room across the hall that would be yours!! <3 I pulled those from the rental site which is why it’s got the logos, but added photos of the living room, dining room, etc that way you know it’s not a scam!! <3

I have two lovely cats, with litterboxes only in my room, and you’d never be expected to take care of them in any way. I’m QTPOC and expect my roommate to at least be respectful please! I’m generally pretty quiet, I keep to myself in my room most of the time but definitely wouldn’t mind also finding a friend :) I also work from home, and do have hookahs (though, will not smoke if you’d prefer me not to).
