Looking for someone who is drama free and a good fit to share my home with myself and two others. House is located near the intersection of Margarita and Solana Way in a nice neighborhood. Easy street parking. Near the Mall. 5 to 10 minutes away from both Rancho CA exit and Winchester Exit.

Month to month rental. Looking for an adult professional with a steady job. Single occupancy. No pets. We already have an indoor/outdoor cat and two dogs. Must be clean.
