Looking for a housemate to rent a 1b1b in a 2b2b condo in fremont near Quarry Lake.

I will be your roommate, am in my late 20s and generally calm/busy with work. No deposit or fees and looking for someone to commit for september and october only. Room is taken in november.

You will have your own furnished room, private full bathroom (with sunlight) and private garage parking in a gated community.

Your room comes with a desk, chair, bed, tv, monitor and basically everything you see in the pictures but we can remove them if desired. The room and all the condo has hardwood floor .

The community comprised entirely of landlords (not rental management) has (2) swimming pools, mini parks, walkable pathways and is well maintained. Your room would overlook one of the pools and is surrounded by greenery. Its always fresh and breezy. Washer and dryer in house and the condo is located on the second floor. Kitchen: Gas stove, microwave, plenty of cabinet space, direct sunlight. Rent is $1650 including utilities. Please reach out with any questions and i’ll respond fairly quickly.
