Hi All!

I’ve moved out of a spacious 3 bed 3 bath apartment recently and I’m helping my old housemates find an awesome new roomie to occupy the master bedroom. The apartment complex is nestled conveniently on the border of San Mateo and Foster City. Right next to the 101 freeway and within the vicinity from the Bridgepointe shopping plaza, with major retailers and food chains like Target, Marshall’s, The Home Depot, Ross, Lazy Dog, Panda Express, Starbuck’s, California Fish Grill, and so on. The rent is month to month; about $1700-$1800 with gas, trash and water, and preference to those who can stay for at least 12 months. PG&E is separate and is split evenly. Parking is available in a gated garage and there’s a fitness center, bbq, theater, pool, package room, and clubhouse onsite.

The current housemates are 36F and 31M, both working professionals in the food and tech industry. They would like to watch movies, go to the gym, cook, travel, and hang out on the weekends with their new housemate. They’re also respectful of privacy and space.
