Joe's room

I have a basement apartment available. The area is quiet, comfortable and safe. The large bedroom is currently storing items but will be emptied. The bathroom is being remodeled right now. There is a wet bar sink and counter area, large living room, and a large fireplace room. Included is use of the upstairs kitchen and laundry room. There is backyard entrance.
