Townhouse outside of Fort Wainwright. Parking out front. Room available next to full bathroom for full personal use. I have 2 older dogs in the home. Small fenced backyard. 1800 sq ft. Living, dining, full kitchen. Fully furnished. Washer/dryer in house and available for use.

I am not high maintenance. Only thing I require is keeping clean in communal space and keeping noise down for the neighbors. I’m maxed out on pets for the property requirements. Utilities are included with addition to Wi-Fi.
