Great Central Austin location~! Three miles N.E. of UT; 4 miles from sixth street. Nice little 3/2 in safe Windsor subdivision just 2 blocks N. of 51st Mueller. Nice yard w/covered patio and pergolas.

About the roomies

I’m an old guy… retired lawyer… divorced and rather than living alone I rent out a room to guys short term who don’t want a long term lease and commitment. ‘Month to month’ so if not working out or you get a better opportunity then 2 weeks notice for you and I. I like THC and I drink. Like going out to listen to music talent and new events. Rent helps me pay property taxes and bar tabs but also enjoy the stimulus of a younger generation company. Family and ranch in South Texas so I go down at least every 2 months for a week or more.
