Please note: The home is not located in Boston. It’s in Lynn, just north of the city. The Lynn commuter rail station is a 5-minute walk away, offering a 30-minute ride into Boston. One-way fare is $7.
Important Info: • No pets allowed (we have a resident cat, Ms. Luna). • No overnight guests • Kitchen access is very limited due to allergy concerns — only allowed for basic tasks like rinsing dishes or getting water. There is no laundry facilities on site. • Common areas will be ongoing renovations. No laundry facilities available
The room comes fully furnished with: • Queen-size bed • Large dresser • Mini fridge • Microwave • Coffee maker
We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and drug-free adult with stable employment. Quiet, mature, and drama-free individuals preferred. Couples will be considered if both are working.
Move-in Requirements: • First month’s rent and security deposit (rent may be flexible, but the security deposit is required at the time of visit) prorated • Completed rental application • Landlord reference • Housing verification
This is a family-owned home. Interviews and tours are done by phone first. In-person viewings are scheduled if it seems like a good fit.
