Hi there!!!we are looking for a great roommate to complete our wonderful home in Longmont! $750/month for one room or $1195 if you wanted to rent a bedroom plus one office. We have a wonderful front/backyard and the room is great! The room is very private with shared kitchen with nice appliances! We are looking for the right fit and will be showing the room starting this week! Please write us an email telling us a little bit about yourself and times that you are available to view the room. Available January 1st. Longer term lease preferred. no pets please. Looking for an employed, kind, considerate quiet roommate. Employment and rental references preferred.
