Great 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the bottom floor. Recently built nice and modern apartments in Gresham Station next to lots of retail businesses as well as restaurants. Nice patio with good amount of space and an open floor plan with LOTS of natural light. Room is 10x10 I believe with a closet. Public transportation is very convenient considering both of my roommates now don’t have a car and ride the max and bus daily. My name is Tyler & I’m looking to move to Idaho in the next month or two so trying to see if another young female could be a good fit with my current roommates. You’d be required to apply and be on the lease & animals may be allowed but that’s up to my other two roommates.

Amya - She is 21 and very laid back and fun to be around. She works and sleeps most the day or shes going out with her co workers, usually she’ll be hanging out in her room and is pretty reserved. Warms up to people easily & loves making new friends. Emily - She is 26 and is also very reserved and introverted, she’s a hardcore gamer & tends to keep to herself. She works 40 hours a week, mostly nights, so she isn’t home a lot. She has two cats that generally stay in her room which is why a dog is their choice cause both kitties are pretty skiddish and aren’t the best with dogs yet. Both are 420 friendly and LGBTQ friendly.
