Hello Everyone! I am looking to find someone to relett/sublet my room. It’s a private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Church Hill, the bathroom is not shared and will be all yours. Free off-street parking, 3 min drive from MCV and an 8 min drive from VCU, there’s also a bus stop right across the street. Rent would be $650/month (most utilities included), utilities not included are: Electricity, Internet, and Water, which typically costs about $70-$90 a month (total). Deposit is first month’s rent, lease ends 08/24. Primarily looking for females only to join my 2 lovely roommates, message me for more details/pictures if interested.

Move in date can be anytime between now and the first week of November. The unit is unfurnished and has in unit laundry.
