The downstairs bedroom in our 2100 square foot duplex is large (14.5 x 13.5). The closet extends under the stairwell and is over 9x4 square feet. There’s more storage space in the garage. This space has its own bathroom and you’ll be the only roomate(s) on this floor.

We are a very active, career-driven, and communicative household. Keesha is a 36 year old teacher, with a white lab puppy (9 months). She loves yoga and rock climbing. Dave is a 36 year old project manager. He enjoys mountain biking and camping. We are M-F workers, early to bed and early to rise. We like bonfiring, having some beers, projects, and camping on the weekends. We are looking for a mature and communicative roomate who has a similar work schedule.
