Cezia Costales's room

This is a 3 bedroom home, you would share a bathroom with Lee. Laundry room ( washer & dryer), Garage, Backyard ( with a fire pit), gardening beds, a spacious living room with a fire place and TV, kitchen with all the basic necessities. Utility bills are split 3 ways: Electric & Internet.

** I did not include a picture of the open bedroom, because my roommate still living with us. We can schedlue a tour.

We have a total of 4 pets so, sadly no more pets. We have two full time short hair cats Mulan & Smokey those are my kiddos very well trained and very friendly. Then we have Willow (cat) & Paton(Dog) that stay with us every two weeks. My roommate co-parents with her ex.

Our roommate Laura is leaving. She graduates from MSU and that’s why we have the room opening. She is a rockstar and we are sad she is leaving but happy for her.

Lee is the momma of Willow & Paton. She’s mostly working all day, or when she’s not working she’s at the gym, rock climbing, or cuddling with the pets. She loves to eat pasta, and bagels. Cant function in the morning without coffee, and she is a craft beer aficionado.

My name is Cezia, I am friends with the owner of the home. I take care of the home for her until she moves back from Arizona. I have a full time job and when I am not working I am crafting away. I love baking goods for my roommates, food is one of my love languages so it always smells good in the house. I am your super type A person. Clean, organize, calendar oriented person. I have high expectations for the candidates. We are not a party house, and we are looking for someone that is willing to commit to clean after-themselves, and be respectful of our space . We had bad experiences with roommates before and we don’t need that again.
