A 3 bedroom home, with pool, large laundry room with treadmill and peloton , nice size room with 2 windows, has a twin bed , quiet neighborhood, close to the 10 freeway, prefer a college student.

I’m a single father, I work full time at the hospital for over 25 yrs, my son is a senior in HS, he’s respectful and kind , we are quiet , but have a large family , occasionally we have family get togethers or my son has his friends over for pool parties etc . We have 3 dogs, 2 large , 1 medium. Must be a dog lover ! Cannabis friendly ( outdoor only), no tabaco use at all. Will share house hold chores to keep a clean home !
