My roommate and I are looking for 2 people to fill the two empty rooms downstairs. We live upstairs and the house is connected. Looking for quiet individuals, not a party house. The large room has a window with roof access and is $2000 per month + utlities. The small room has a private entrance and is $1400 per month + utilities.

The space has:

• a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher,
• a bathroom downstairs as well as upstairs
• large living room downstairs, large living room upstairs, and dining room
• space can be repainted and decorated to your liking
• Must sign a group lease for 1 year and utilities are separate (around $60 pp per month)
• fantastic location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, near all the subway lines

2 gay males live here so looking for lgbtq friendly.

2 guys in our late 20s been living here for 3 years. Great space, looking to stay longer. We generally keep the place quiet but we have guests occasionally. No loud music please.
