Rebecca's room

Furnished, spacious room located in a neighborhood of Santana Ranch. It is close to town. If you are looking for something quiet, then this is it! Room has a bed, dresser, night stand, desk & chair, desk lamp. It could either be a shared bathroom or not, as we have 2 rooms and will be listing them both. It’s a shared entrance. There is a frig for use, and laundry access. Parking is on the street.

We are a family of 3, myself, my husband, & our Shitz Tsu Coco. I am a commuter and work 4 10s. My husband has a more flexible schedule since he drives for Uber. We enjoy our quite neighborhood. We have great neighbors, who are friendly but not noisy.

We are looking for someone who is mature, responsible, respectful and quite. Has a steady, professional job and dependable. Someone who will respect our home and care for the furnishings. Our house is our sanctuary, and we would prefer NOT to rent to someone who cannot be respectful of other people. No drugs, including marijuana, no smoking, social drinker. Since we have a dog, we prefer someone without pets.
