Furnished, spacious room located in a quite neighborhood. It is close to town. If you are looking for something quiet, then this is it! Room has a bed, dresser, night stand, desk & chair, desk lamp. It could either be a shared bathroom or not, as we have 2 rooms we are renting. It’s a shared entrance. There is a frig for use, limited kitchen use and laundry access with scheduled days. Parking is on the street.
About the roomies
We are a family of 3, myself, my husband, & our elderly dog Coco. I am a commuter and work 4 10s. My husband has a more flexible schedule since he is a driver. We enjoy our quite neighborhood. We have great neighbors, who are friendly but not noisy.
We are looking for someone who is mature, responsible, respectful and quite. Has a steady, professional job and dependable. Someone who will respect our home and care for the furnishings. Our house is our sanctuary, and we would prefer to rent to someone who can be respectful of other people. No drugs, including marijuana, no smoking, social drinker. Since we have a senior dog, we prefer someone without pets.
