No access to garage. Washer, dryer, range and dishwasher are available to use in home. Rent includes water, electricity, and internet. Apps included Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Philo. Parking available. This home is not close to public transportation or bike routes. Car is a must for this location. Downtown Durham is 10 minutes away.

I am 40 years old, working as a teacher and living with my 13 yr old pit bull. She is a sweetheart. She loves people and it takes her a little while to warm up to other dogs. Looking for someone in need of short term living arrangements. No gatherings or long term company. Company may not stay more than 2 consecutive days/ nights. Quiet hours during the week 11pm.
