The second floor of our home is where you’ll discover our well-appointed kitchen, providing a central hub for meal preparation. On the third floor, you’ll find the laundry room where you can do your laundry. Washer and dryer available. This opportunity is available for a 1-6 month live-in arrangement, offering comfort and convenience during your stay. The monthly rent for this lovely master room is $1500, and this includes all utility bills, making it a hassle-free choice. A security deposit of $500 provides peace of mind for both you and us. For a restful night’s sleep, a comfortable queen-sized bed is at your disposal, complete with a matching frame from Ashley’s Furniture Store.
