Hi! I am renting a room out in my 2 family home in Island park! The bottom unit is rented out. The top is where I live. It’s 3 bedrooms and I am in one and renting the other. You’ll have your own bathroom. Shared kitchen/living room/dining room/and sunroom. Plenty of storage in the attic or garage. Street parking. The house is on a canal.

2-minute walk to train station 5-minute drive to Long Beach (right over the bridge)

I’m 30 years old female. I work a lot during the week in the mental health field. I have a 2-year old male pitbull. Must be ok with him! I like to keep my space clean and want someone who will respect the space. I like to be out in my free time and don’t tend to bring the party back home with me. I like to work out, go to the beach, and travel. Looking for someone around my age!
